How to hire graduates who have completed full-time courses?

Employers who have completed the registration on the "Employer Portal" of the HKIC can login to the "Employer Portal" https://employstudents.hkic.edu.hk, and enter the vacancy information in the system. Upon confirmation by the Career Support Services (CSS) colleagues, the vacancy information will be published to the "Employer Portal". Then, CSS colleagues will coordinate the employment process.

I have not registered the "Employer Portal", how can I do so?

You can register the "Employer Portal" online at https://employstudents.hkic.edu.hk and submit a copy of the Business Registration Certificate.

What if the posted job vacancy information has expired?

If the vacancy posted has expired, you can re-post it on behalf of your company.

How can I contact CSS staff directly for inquiries during the hiring process?

Any charge for referral services?

Free of charge.

What are the procedures in coordinating a job fair with the HKIC?

What are the procedures for job seekers?

Free and unlimited employment counselling services are available for all full-time HKIC graduates who have successfully graduated. Upon graduation, HKIC will provide the login information of “Career Portal” to the graduates. Graduates can log in to the system https://connectme.hkic.edu.hk/TraineePortalLogin/Login for job searching.

What should I do if I have failed to log in to the "Career Portal"?
