FAQ - Employers (Hiring graduates)

How can I inform graduates who have completed full-time courses about our job vacancies?

Employers who have registered on the “Employer Portal” of the Hong Kong Institute of Construction (HKIC) at https://employstudents.hkic.edu.hk, can post job information in the system. Upon confirmation by Career Support Services (CSS), the job information will be published. Subsequently, CSS colleagues will coordinate the employment process.

How can I register the Employer Portal?

Please register on the “Employer Portal” at https://employstudents.hkic.edu.hk and submit a copy of the Business Registration Certificate.

Can I re-post the job information if it has expired?

If the job information has expired, registered employer can re-post it on behalf of your company.

If I have an enquiry about the Employer Portal, whom should I contact?

Any charge for job referral services?

Free of charge.

How can a full-time graduate find a job with the career support services provided by the Hong Kong Institute of Construction (HKIC)?

Full career support services are available for all full-time graduates of HKIC. Upon graduation, HKIC will provide the login information of “Career Portal” to the graduates. Graduates can log in to the portal https://connectme.hkic.edu.hk/TraineePortalLogin/Login for job searching.
