Such programmes enable practitioners to obtain recognised qualifications from professional bodies and the government. Admission
SPDC provides high-quality, market-driven professional education and development programmes including courses on Building Information Modelling (BIM), Modular Integrated Construction (MiC), courses recognised by government departments, courses recognised in public work contracts, courses on contract administration, construction technology and quality, construction management and environmental protection. These programmes provide aspiring frontline management personnel and supervisors with training opportunities to enhance their knowledge and competitiveness, create pathways for advancing to construction management levels and provide the necessary knowledge and academic qualifications; these programmes also provide professional training required in the industry for the goal of supporting and implementing Construction 2.0. SPDC is developing programmes on Construction Digitisation, Industrialisation, Innovations and New Technologies. These programmes aim at driving productivity, quality and enhanced project outcomes and enabling the local construction industry to achieve sustainable development in the future.
