Admission Requirement
(i) Applicant should possess a ‘Silver Card’ which will expire within 6 months or has expired for not more than 3 months
(ii) Applicant should be lawfully employable in Hong Kong, i.e.
(a) Holder of Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card; or
(b) Person who is not subject to any conditions of stay in Hong Kong that he shall not take up any paid or unpaid employment in Hong Kong.
(ii) Applicant should be lawfully employable in Hong Kong, i.e.
(a) Holder of Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card; or
(b) Person who is not subject to any conditions of stay in Hong Kong that he shall not take up any paid or unpaid employment in Hong Kong.

Attended all lectures and passed the test (Silver Card validity period is 3 years)
