Recognition
1. This course has been recognized by the Commissioner for Labour under Section 4(2) of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Confined Spaces) Regulation.
2. HKIE and ICW (Hong Kong Branch) have officially granted recognition to this course towards their CPD requirements

Admission Requirement
1. Applicant should possess a “Certificate of Confined Space Competent Person” which will expire within 6 months or has expired for not more than 3 months.
2. Applicant must be able to read and write simple Chinese or English.
3. Applicant should be lawfully employable in Hong Kong, i.e. (a) Holder of Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card; or (b) Person who is not subject to any conditions of stay in Hong Kong that he shall not take up any paid or unpaid employment in Hong Kong.
