The course content includes Heritage Assessment Study Report; AMO Requirements for Cartographic and Photographic Surveys; Condition Survey Report; Non-Destructive Tests : Ultra-sonic, Infrared, 3D-Laser Scanning etc; Introduction of Local and International Standards of Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA); Scope and Assessment Procedures of HIA Report; Relationship between EIA and HIA; Guidelines to prepare HIA Report; Introduction of Conservation Management Plan (CMP) and its Local and International Standards; Preparation of CMP and its Assessment Procedures; Conservation Policies and Guidelines; Maintenance Management Plan; Case Study.
Recognition
The course is recognized by the Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers (HKICM) fulfilling the requirements of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Conditions of Certificate Award
Attend the site visit. Attend the course for 4 or more sessions and complete the assignment in acceptable requirements
