• General Introduction to the “Code of Practice for Site Supervision 2009” and “Technical Memorandum for Supervision Plans 2009”
• Contractor’s Site Safety Management Structure, and various grades of Technically Competent Persons (TCPs) in the Site Safety Management Structure
• Responsibilities and Duties of Technically Competent Person (TCP) of Grade T1
• Relationship between Authorised Person, Registered Structural Engineer, Registered Geotechnical Engineer, Authorised Signatory of Registered Contractor, TCP and Buildings Department.
• Site Safety Supervision
• Demolition
• Substructures (Piling, Cap, Footing & Basement)
• Superstructure
• Excavation and Lateral Supports
• Slope / Retaining wall / Buried Services Repairs
• Ground Investigation
• Site Formation
• Addition and Alteration

Module 2 (29 hours) Construction Management
• Law and Contracts
• Construction Administration
• Planning
• Project Management
• Introduction of Environmental Protection at Construction Site
• Supervision and Co-ordination
• Human Resources and Corruption Prevention
• Construction Safety Management and Organization
• Construction Sites (Safety) Regulations and other related safety regulations
5 years relevant working experience and recommendation by the employer is preferred.
