The STEAM × BIM Construction Model Creative Design Competition 2024 concluded on 14 December, 2024, with secondary school students successfully completing the challenge of designing a Glamorous Camping (Glamping) structure. With the guidance of HKIC Lecturers, students utilized the Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) concept and integrated Building Information Modeling (BIM) software into their designs, which were subsequently produced using 3D printing technology. Students showcased their passion and potential for the construction industry through their creative designs during the event. Each work was unique, bursting with creativity, and received high praise from the panel of judges and numerous guests.

HKIC, once again, congratulates all the winning teams and looks forward to witnessing the students excel in the construction industry in the future!
