“It's always been challenging for me to find opportunities, but I'm determined to seize them!”, Ivan CHAN, the CIC competitor in Plumbing and Heating, expressed his determination and shared training journey of WorldSkills Competition in the RTHK’s TV programme.

To have better preparation for the WorldSkills Competition, Ivan asked his expert and trainer to ramp up the training sessions, improving his weaknesses and striving for the best performance in the competition. Ivan encountered a lot of obstacles in WorldSkills Lyon 2024, but instead of giving up, he adjusted his mindset and focused on the rest of the competition. The WorldSkills Competition was not only an eye-opening experience for Ivan, but also motivated him to pursue his dream!
